Our Team

Dan has been in the industry for 35 years. Dan joined the team at Clayton Oxford in 2017. He enjoys helping improve the lives of our diverse and talented team, and is proud that Clayton Oxford produces homes for over a thousand families a year.

Will has been in the industry since 2012. He started his career at Clayton Giles and spent a year in Indiana at our Clayton Wakarusa facility before returning back to East Tennessee at Clayton Giles. He joined Clayton Oxford in June 2023. He loves spending time on the lake with his family. He and his wife, Ana, love to watch their son, Knox play travel baseball and their daughter Willow do gymnastics. Will’s an avid Alabama fan, enjoys golf and watching sports.

Ryan has been with Clayton Homes of Oxford since 2019. He spent the majority of his professional career in the Beverage business, with a small stint coaching college football in Ohio. He is originally from Durham, NC but now resides in Youngsville, NC with his wife, Steph and 2 children, Raegan and Rensley. In his free time, Ryan enjoys hanging out on Kerr Lake, watching sports, and playing golf. Ryan currently supports North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.

Chris started in our company in 2017 with Bill Brummitt's facility team. He worked in that role for a year before transitioning to an MIT role at the Appalachia facility. He learned and grew in that role for a little over a year before moving to Waco Texas to continue the MIT role. After graduating from the program, Chris was placed at the Oxford facility in 2021 as the Assistant Production Manager before moving into a CSM role in October 2023. Chris has abundant product knowledge and currently supports North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania!

Tamara has been with Clayton Homes Oxford since 2022. She is the CSM for Parks and Communities.

Amy is our Sales Coordinator/Dispatcher. She has been with Clayton Homes Oxford since 1993 and has had her hands in a lit bit of everything. She’s a great asset to the Sales Team!

Lynn joined Clayton Homes Oxford in January 2013 as the Customer Care Manager. Lynn worked 21 years at the former Clayton Homes Henderson plant as the Area Service Manager.

Brenda started with Clayton Homes Oxford in April 1996 in the Customer Service Department. She has worn many hats in the department, but her main role is Parts.

Kylee is our Customer Care Assistant Manager specializing in Factory Service and Logistics. She has spent over 15 years in Customer Service. Kylee came to Clayton Homes in January of 2023 from 6+ years in the Home Inspection Industry. She still considers herself a Tennessean, but since moving to North Carolina in 2019 she has enjoyed everything the state offers outdoors and spends much time in the Outer Banks with family.

Sharon has been with Clayton Oxford since 2019. She processes the billbacks.
